Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan can be used without a card.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. When Stripe billing is enabled, paid subscribers can manage or cancel from the billing portal.
Do core notes require AI?
No. Link and document notes use deterministic extraction by default. AI enhancement is optional.
How does usage counting work?
Credits are charged only after a job finishes successfully. Failed or queued jobs do not consume the daily allowance.
Does the Free plan show ads?
Yes. Free workspaces may show clearly labelled sponsor or ad placements outside your notes and transcripts. Pro is ad-free.
